Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan Dishes in this Blog

At our restaurant, Donderos’ Kitchen, we have a number of customers who observe restrictions of certain foods for health, religious and other reasons, as do several members of my own family. Some of those people read and, hopefully, try some of the recipes I put into this blog.

As a sort of special table of contents to indicate recipes that meet these various food restrictions, I am putting in a blog post that lists the relevant dishes and the dates they were posted. That way, those persons interested can find the recipes meeting their particular preferences by going to the dates they were published in the blog archive. Those dates and the archive are most evident in the “web version” of the blog which can be clicked on if using the iPhone for accessing the blog.  

I will periodically update the listing of the dishes that meet these various restrictions, adding recent relevant postings. The four categories, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan, are not mutually exclusive. For example, vegan dishes will show up under vegetarian as well, and will automatically be dairy-free.
